Can I pick up my order?
Pick-ups are available for pre-paid orders. Our pick-up location is 103 Habert McCurley way, Victoria Island.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
As our breads are baked to order, cancellations are not possible once an order is placed.
Can I pay on delivery?
No, we do not offer Pay on Delivery.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund will be made on a case-by-case basis. There are no refunds for breads that have been baked.
When can I get my order?
This depends on where you are located. In general, Mainland orders placed in the morning or the day before are delivered between 12noon and 6:30px depending on your location.
Island orders placed after noon are not guaranteed for same day delivery but the next busness day. Island orders are generally delivered between 9:30am and 6:00pm same day,if placed before 3:00pm. Island orders placed after 3:00pm will be fulfilled the next business day.
Note: We do not guarantee precise delivery times as the orders are atched and delivery times vary, depending on the traffic conditions and your order’s position in the delivery batch.
For an expedited delivery, please contact us for an estimate. Orders from the following locations are generally fulfilled the next day unless otherwise communicated: Iyana Ipaja, Ikorodu, Satellite Town, Egbeda, Festac, Agege, Ojo, Apapa.All orders are baked freshon the dasy of delivery.
How long will my bread last?
Although the bread can last days unrefrigerated, we strongly advice that breads are refrigerated and at all times if not consumed on the same day of delivery. Depending on the flavour, our bread can last 4-5 days.
Do you sell in wholesale?
Yes, we sell our products in wholesale, kindly contact us for more information.
Can I send someone to pickup at your office?
Yes, with proper information and identification; you can send someone to do a store pickup on your behalf. Ensure to select “Store Pickup” as delivery option.
I missed my delivery. Can you bake a fresh batch and redeliver for free?
As the breads are baked fresh and to order, once a delivery is missed, we can redeliver for the original delivery fee paid. Same day redeliveries are NOT guaranteed. Breads scheduled to be delivered the next day will be refrigerated at our office.
Do you deliver outside Lagos?
Yes, we can deliver to other states in Nigeria at a delivery cost.
How long can your delivery person wait before leaving my location?
As the items in question are edibles, we are only able to wait a maximum of 5 minutes at a location before leaving to serve other customers.
What time does your bakery opens?
We open (8:00am – 5:00pm) Monday – Sunday
